The Front Desk team will contact guests 3 days prior the stipulated check-out date over both text and email. The standard check-out timing is 12pm. During the handover, a Front Desk representative will arrive at the apartment to conduct a check-out inspection. The deposit will be transferred back to the guest within 30 days to the credit card or bank account.
In the unlikely event of damage or missing fixtures, furniture and/or equipment (excluding normal wear and tear), we will arrange a 3rd party contractor to quote for the damages. The amount will then be reflected in the final bill and deducted from the deposit.
